IMPORTANT – COMPATIBILITY NOTICE
These are BD-R DL (Dual Layer) 50GB recordable Blu-ray discs. They require a Blu-ray writer that supports BD-R DL media for recording. Playback compatibility depends on the Blu-ray player and the format of the recorded content. They are not compatible with CD or DVD drives.
We strongly recommend testing 1–2 discs before recording the full pack.
• Compatibility issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Burn failures caused by hardware limitations, outdated firmware, software settings, or improper configuration are not considered defective discs.
• Professional duplicators must be properly calibrated for BD-R media.
• Using multiple discs without prior testing may affect return eligibility.
Lower burn speed and updated firmware often resolve most recording issues.
