These all power in an have been factory reset. However, they are still linked to the previous owners account. They should be able to be reset by reaching out to Eero customer service but I have not done that. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT GETTING THE REMOVED FROM PRIOR OWNERS ACCOUNT.
