All eight leaking capacitors on the logic board were replaced with high quality solid Tantalum capacitors. Logic board was ultrasonically cleaned.
23 leaking capacitors on the logic board were replaced with high quality, high temp capacitors. The two that remain are CP13 and CP1, these are the 250V caps on the high voltage side and don't normally need replacing.The voltage was successfully adjusted per specs.
You won't have to worry about leaking caps on this one for quite some time.
The CRT is bright, sharp, stable and free of any burn in. New clock battery included. The internal floppy disk drive has been cleaned, lubed and tested to work great. It reads, writes, and ejects without issue. All four rubber feet are present and in good shape.The 40MB internal hard drive is working great.Other than some very minor yellowing, this Macintosh Classic is in excellent condition. It was not retrobrighted.
