· When multiplies items are purchased in one order the items will be combined to reduce the shipping cost. Often packages cant exceed 20 kilos for Auspost or other Air freight.

·Items will be shipped by either Australia Post or other international carriers.

International Shipping

·Packages normally sent in 20kg or under lots to speed up delivery times.

·Costs such as duties, taxes, brokerages fee and additional tariffs or charges are buyer’s responsibility.

·Delivery time is 4-6 days to most countries by either Australia Post or other international carriers.

Return Policy

• We will provide a replacement unit for items under warranty.
• Customer is responsible for returning the faulty unit back to us.
• It may take 5-7 working days to replace the faulty unit. We will ship the replacement unit out to you.
• There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for returning without a valid reason. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the unit in its original form. Serial numbers on motherboard and back of unit are recorded, and foil anti-tampering stickers are often used. If any changes have been made to the unit, we will reject the return.
