I bought this October 20,2020. Used itwhen doing videos for virtual labs during the Pandemic. All other work was doneon my Desktop computer. This laptop has not been used since then. It is updatedto the latest Windows 10. It is Reset to factory settings.

I checked for upgradability toWindows 11. Per Windows 11 CoPilot it is uncertain. It has not been tested byAcer for the Upgrade. Therefore, there might be Driver issues. It has the TPM Chippresent on the mainboard & enabled in the bios. See the photos of the bios screen.

Here is the quote from Copilot.
