This laptop has NO SOUND - speakers and external speakers do not work. Bluetooth Headset DOES work with this laptop.It appears that the audioboard was/is damaged -see photos. Physically the machine is in very good condition and passed the onboard Dell Diags with no known issues other than the stated NO SOUND problem.
This Laptop will ship (UPS ground signature required) in a generic brown box with an AC adapter only.
