This laptop turns on and loads Windows, but it restarts constantly after a few minutes. Sometimes it doesn't load Windows until a hard reset is performed (turns it off and holds the power button for 30 seconds). It also has some lines at the bottom of the screen. Please see the photos to check the condition of this laptop. Battery is on 50%. Hold some charge. Pass all the Dell Hardware test exept for the battery.

For this reason, there is no warranty, and it is unknown if there is anything else wrong with it.
