A Silent Aluminum Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Projects

This case is a practical choice for Home Assistant dashboards, light server projects, media setups, classroom projects, IoT applications, and other long-running indoor Raspberry Pi 4 builds where silence and reliability matter.
The solid aluminum shell provides better heat transfer and a more durable feel than basic plastic cases. Since there are no moving parts, there is no fan noise, no fan vibration, and no fan bearing wear over time. It is especially suitable for users who want a simple 24/7 Pi 4 setup without maintaining or replacing a small cooling fan.
The package includes thermal pads and a copper shim to help transfer heat from the Raspberry Pi 4 chips to the aluminum case. Thermal paste is not included, but users who want maximum cooling performance may apply their own thermal paste during installation.
Please note: SD card access may be tighter than open plastic cases, and standard HAT boards cannot be stacked inside this enclosed aluminum case. For high ambient temperatures, heavy Docker workloads, aggressive overclocking, or enclosed cabinets, please monitor CPU temperature and consider additional external airflow if needed.
