Sure, there are plenty of places to buy used or reconditioned computers, but what we do is ONLY sell off-lease machines. This means that every Apple® product we sell has had only one owner, giving you both fantastically priced merchandise as well as the peace of mind that comes with knowing the full history of whatever it is you've purchased.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday to Friday), and you should expect to receive it in 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or a replacement.

International Shipping

We would like to provide you with important information regarding international orders and the shipping process. Please take note of the following:

1. All international orders will be shipped to the hub located in the United States. This centralized hub ensures efficient handling and streamlined shipping procedures.
   
2. Once the package reaches the hub, they will generate an updated tracking number specific to your destination. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your designated address.
   
3. It is worth noting that you may receive an email notification stating that your package has been delivered to a US address. Please be assured that this notification is correct and part of the normal process. This is an interim status update indicating that your package has reached the hub in the US and is being prepared for international offer a 1-yearYear Warranty from Allstate already included; please keep an eye for an email from Allstate to register your device
