CLR Solutions has cleaned, tested, and found this Apple A1407 to be in good condition. The front glass is guaranteed to be free of any scratches. Although most of our monitors have no dead pixels, we only guarantee 5 or fewer dead pixels. The cables are not frayed. There are some scratches and scuff marks on the stand and rear of the monitor, but it is in otherwise great condition. This listing includes the monitor, original monitor stand, and original power cable. The following are NOT included: instruction manual or any other accessories. It comes with a 30-day warranty.

SHIPPING
Listings with free Standard Shipping will be shipped at our discretion using either FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class. If you require Expediting Shipping, please contact us before purchasing. We can only offer Expedited Shipping before purchase/payment. We provide the following Expedited Shipping options: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and USPS Priority Mail Express. We currently ship to the contiguous United States and internationally through ’s Global Shipping Program. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is limited to certain listings.
HANDLING
We have one business day handling time for all non-freight items. However, we guarantee handling times of the same business day only if payment is received before 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Items paid after 8:00 AM EST on Monday through Friday may still go out on the same day, but are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Purchases paid for on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 AM EST are guaranteed to be shipped out on the next business day.
RETURNS
If the item differs from what is stated in the listing in any way, please contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can. We may be able to offer replacements or exchanges in some circumstances. Any items returned to us that are still in good working condition will be considered as being returned because of buyer’s remorse and are subject to receive a refund of the original price minus both the original shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, an extra deduction from the refund may be made for items that are returned in a condition that differs from when it was originally shipped.
