This motherboard is only good for using the chips on it for parts to repair other Apple IIe motherboards. The motherboard is fully socketed so all the chips are available for quick removal without desoldering.
This motherboard appears to have the enhanced ROMS: just look at the first picture. The solder side of the motherboard has a few bodge wires. See the second picture.
This motherboard is being sold for parts or repair. It is not in working condition.
