The interesting thing about this unit is that other than the label on the back there is no text on the front indicating the model. Update: I received the followinginfo from a buyer.Appears to be a Duo PowerPC upgrade. Apple sold an upgrade kit for Duo 200 series to turn them into a 2300 series PowerPC.
