Designed to function with PowerBook Duo 210, 230, 250, 270c, 280 and 2300c. Will not work with PowerBook 2400c/180 or PowerBook 2400c/240. Allows the PowerBook Duo to connect to an external monitor and work with an external monitor (not included). Has ports for ADB (Apple Keyboards, Mice, and Trackballs), SCSI devices using an HDI-30 SCSI connector and cable adapter, Serial devices (Printers, Appletalk Networks, external Modems), and Audio input and output connections for microphones and external speakers. There is an empty expansion bay for a supported 3.5" internal SCSI hard disk drive. The internal hard drive bay can be configured with one (1) SCSI hard disk drive with storage capacity of up to 300 gigabytes (Mac OS 8 or newer required), please inquire about custom hard drive installation upgrades, as these are sold separately but can be invoiced together with your purchase. The DuoDock has an internal floppy drive, untested for functionality. Pressing the eject button on the right side front allows the PowerBook Duo to slide out upon shut-down. Security keys and not included, the docking mechanism is unlocked. PowerBook Duo laptop computer is not included with the DuoDock purchased, it is sold separately. DuoDock cover has some light fading, and has scuff marks and signs of previous use and wear from storage and the monitor placed on top of it. A beige light gray colored AppleDesign ADB Keyboard and beige Apple Desktop Bus II Mouse will be included with the DuoDock for your convenience. Apple omni-microphone, SCSI adapter cable, gray power cable and standard beige serial cable for printers and modems are included.
