The on-screen keyboard and other basic functions have been tested.The reflective LCD is difficult to photograph and appears clearer and easier to read in person than in the powered-on photo.The MessagePad is in good overall vintage condition with normal cosmetic wear, scratches and marks from age and use. Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition.There was evidence of previous battery leakage/corrosion on some of the AA battery contacts. The affected contacts were carefully cleaned, and the unit was tested and confirmed working afterward.
