Apple iMac G3 Bondi Blue – November 1998 – Original Box & Packaging – Working – Nearly Complete Collector’s Set

For sale is a vintage Apple iMac G3 Bondi Blue from November 1998, complete with its original matching box and original foam packaging. This is a working, early-production Bondi Blue iMac and would make an excellent addition to a vintage Apple or Macintosh collection.

● Original retail box with matching serial number

● Original factory foam inserts

● Original translucent Bondi Blue Apple USB keyboard

● Bondi Blue Imation SuperDisk drive

● Power cable

The iMac powers on and boots normally, start up chime and all. The serial number on the computer matches the original retail box.

Condition

The computer is being sold as a vintage collectible. It has been powered on and confirmed working. The translucent Bondi Blue plastics are exceptional and appear flawless.

Please review all photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.

The original Apple mouse is NOT included, and I DO NOT have the original manuals, software/restore CDs, or other paperwork.

The original box and factory foam inserts are included, which are becoming increasingly difficult to find with these early iMacs.

Collector’s Note

This is an especially interesting example for collectors because it retains several pieces that are frequently missing from surviving Bondi Blue iMacs, including the original matching-serial-number retail box, factory foam packaging, original translucent Bondi Blue keyboard, and matching Bondi Blue Imation SuperDisk.

The November 1998 production date places this iMac among the very early Bondi Blue machines produced before Apple introduced the later “fruit” colors.

Shipping / Pickup

Because this is a vintage CRT computer and includes its original packaging, local pickup is preferred. Shipping can be considered, but the buyer should understand that vintage CRT equipment comes with a risk of damage.
