This was tested and does read. I was unable to get it to write.
And when I tested it, I was unable to get the screws to engage with the computer port. They seem like they were too short for my computer at least. Despite this, it was able to maintain a connection to read no problem.
Has some cosmetic flaws, but does work. The cable is in good shape.
