Condition Details:
Item has been hard reset to factory defaults. The physical unit shows normal signs of previous use. The included power supply functions perfectly, though the exterior wire has visible paint stains. All ports (Cable In, Ethernet, Tel 1, Tel 2) are clean and unobstructed.
