The adapter still works well. It comes with its box, driver disc, and paperwork. The PCI slot Adapter is not included. This will ship in a bubble mailer. If you want to ship in a box to better protect the outer packaging, I am unable to comply. Note that the packaging may experience crushing during transit, which does not affect functionality of the device. Check out the pictures below for more detail.
