Go to the search bar and type in Printers2. Select "Add a printer or scanner"3. Click on "The printer that I want isn't listed."Choose "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings"4. On the drop down menu to the right of "Use an existing port:" (These options could vary for different system configurations.)Choose the port the port currently plugged in to.5. Make sure the power the power is switched on, on the printer.6. An example choice would be: "USB001 (virtual printer port for USB).If your printer will not print, check by unplugging and re-plugging into the other ports, and follow the steps again.If still not working, please check that ghost drivers are uninstalled from previous devices.7.
