Please note that this dock does not have an active power indicator LED.

The absence of a power light on the dock is intentional and part of the original product design, not an indication of missing power or a hardware failure.

The dock initializes only after a Thunderbolt 2 connection is established with the host system. Once connected, the device is enumerated normally and can be verified in macOS → System Information → Thunderbolt.
