• We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping and ESD protection.
• We offer Expedited Shipping service worldwide.
• The tracking number will be provided to you once the item has been processed, tested, and shipped.
• Orders will be shipped up to 3-5 days after receiving cleared payment. (Excluding public holidays in Belgium).
• We will ensure your products are packaged safely and securely. However, Hardware Oasis is not responsible for any damage to items due to carrier mishandling so we suggest that you always check the packege before signing for the delivery.
International Buyers
• Buyers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes.
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
• Most of the shipments will ship by DHL with Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) shipping service. This means buyers won't pay duties and taxes at checkout on but may have to pay the carrier for duties and taxes on delivery.
• We will not declare a value under what is paid for the equipment. There is no guaranteed arrival time for international shipping. The advertised shipping lead time is a very liberal estimate on . The average number of days may vary based on origin and destination.

• If the item has been reported by the buyer as defective, and Hardware Oasis has determined the item is not defective, the buyer will pay for return shipping.
• If the buyer wrongly placed the order, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges that you/we paid are not refundable.
• All refused orders, incorrect addresses listed, or undeliverable addresses will be subject to a 20% charge in addition to the non-refundable shipping and handling fees, resulting in the return of the shipment to us.
• Replacement parts are identical or equivalent specification, but not limited to the original models on your purchase.
• Please contact the seller before returning any items for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping destination.
• Returns package must have an RMA number displayed on the box with all parts safely packed.
• All original packaging, equipment, and accessories must be returned. If anything is missing from the original shipment, Hardware Oasis reserves the right to return it to the buyer as-is with no refund.
