There are two separate sets in this listing and everything you need to plug-n-play to extend your Internet connection using your existing electrical lines. The base unit (PLEK400) provides the connection to your Internet while the other three devices (PLSK400, PLS400) provide an Internet connection over your existing electrical lines at three different locations at other places in your home/office.

A word about shipping--
I am a private seller. Normal options for shipping items are either to pay for shipping myself or pass that on to the buyer. I would rather choose a third option, one where the buyer and I split the shipping fee. This item will fit in a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box, meaning I can get it anywhere in the US for about $17. Accordingly, the shipping fee is less than half of that fee and I will provide the tracking number upon shipping. This way, it is fair to both of us and you know all this up front.
