Custom Raspberry Pi 5 Server/NAS with space for single 3.5" HDD or 3x 2.5" SSDs, Raspberry Pi OS Pre-InstalledThis is a custom built mini server/nas/computer. It has been rebuilt with new and updated parts. It originally was built with a Radxa Rock 3A to hold a single HDD and I used it to hold backups of my main server. But, it has been rebuilt with anew Raspberry Pi 5 and SATA Hat, USB boot drive, case fans, and fan hub. It also comes with new Silverstone SATA cables. Additionally, new network and USB port jacks were installed in the rear I/O panel.
The system is all inside a very small Supermicro mini-ITX case. It has space to mount one (1) full size 3.5" HDD or up to three (3) 2.5" SSDs. Ports for HDMI, USB 2.0, and network are all on the rear of the case along with the power cord connection. It provides a good, functioning, native SATA NAS using the Raspberry Pi 5 PCIe connection in a small package without any external power "brick." The size is only 7.68" x 7.68" x 1.75". It includes an RTC battery and internal PSU. Raspberry Pi OS Trixie is pre-installed on a USB thumb drive for booting instead of an SD card. It comes packaged in the original box for the SuperMicro mini-ITX case with the wall mount brackets, SSD brackets, power cord, SATA cables, screws, and instructions for the system as well as the installed OS (or installing a new OS). The new parts were only run for purposes of installing the OS and ensuring everything works as intended. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
