All six Gigabit Ethernet data interfaces and the dedicated management interface are recognized by the system. Interface counters showed zero CRC, frame, collision, input, and output errors at the time of testing. Ports were disconnected during testing and therefore displayed down/down status.
Hardware environmental monitoring reports all three chassis cooling fans operating normally between approximately 6,656 and 6,912 RPM. CPU temperature measured 35°C, and chassis temperature readings ranged from 27°C to 31°C. All monitored CPU, 12V, 5V, 3.3V, DDR3, and chipset voltage rails reported OK status.
The internal real-time clock maintained the correct date and time during testing.
A Cisco FirePOWER/SFR bootstrap image and 128 GB SSD are present; however, the IPS/CXSC service module reports no application image installed. FirePOWER and IPS services were not tested as operational and are not included or guaranteed.
This appliance was formerly configured as part of a failover pair. The previous failover configuration was removed, and the unit is being sold as an individual standalone firewall.
