Condition of all our products is refurbished: cleaned, tested, and packed with the highest standards. The products are always fully functional before shipment.

Please e-mail us if you require a test report, technical information, or any other information about an item. We have certified testing engineers (CCIE) to assist you at any time. Note that all hardware sold does not include any software licenses. Software licensing is the responsibility of the buyer of the product.

• We offer Expedited Shipping service worldwide.
• The tracking number will be provided to you once the item has been processed, tested, and shipped.
• Orders will be shipped up to 3-5 days after receiving cleared payment. (Excluding weekends and holidays, shipping will resume during the next business day)
• We will ensure your products are packaged safely and securely. However, Hardware Valley is not responsible for any damage to items due to carrier mishandling.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes.
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
• Most of the shipments will ship by DHL with Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) shipping service. This means buyers won't pay duties and taxes at checkout on but may have to pay the carrier for duties and taxes on delivery.
• We will not declare a value under what is paid for the equipment.
• There is no guaranteed arrival time for international shipping. The advertised shipping lead time is a very liberal estimate on . The average number of days may vary based on origin and destination.
• Custom inspections vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs broker for additional information/requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions.
• If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact our team before purchasing the item; additional fees may apply.

• We accept PayPal or bank transfer as payment. (Credit cards are only accepted via PayPal)
• will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on behalf of sellers for items shipped to customers/buyers in states with marketplace facilitator laws.
• Our pricing is excluding VAT.
• Companies outside of Belgium can purchase without paying VAT. Please send us your company’s VAT number and email address so we can invoice accordingly.
• Purchases within Belgium are subject to the local VAT rate.
• As long as we don’t receive the VAT number within 48h from the purchase, we will treat it as a private purchase.

For private purchases, VAT will be confirmed and charged after purchase.

• You have up to 30 days to return your item(s). Money back or item(s) exchange (buyer's choice).
• Hardware Valley will pay for the return shipping of defective items.
• If the item has been reported by the buyer as defective, and Hardware Valley has determined the item is not defective, the buyer will pay for return shipping.
• If the buyer wrongly placed the order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges that you/we paid are not refundable.
• All refused orders, incorrect addresses listed, or undeliverable addresses will be subject to a 20% charge in addition to the non-refundable shipping and handling fees, resulting in the return of the shipment to us.
• Replacement parts are identical or equivalent specification, but not limited to the original models on your purchase.
• Please contact the seller before returning any items for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping destination.
• Returns package must have an RMA number displayed on the box with all parts safely packed.
• All original packaging, equipment, and accessories must be returned. If anything is missing from the original shipment, Hardware Valley reserves the right to return it to the buyer as-is with no refund.
