Up for sale is a Cisco UCS 2304 I/O Module (IOM) / Fabric Extender (Hardware Version V04). Designed to slide directly into the rear of the Cisco UCS 5108 Blade Server Chassis, this module provides the critical high-bandwidth, low-latency 40 Gigabit Ethernet connections between your blade servers and your upstream Fabric Interconnects.

Model: UCS-IOM-2304 (Version V04)
Form Factor: Plug-in module (Slides into the rear of the Cisco UCS 5108 chassis)
External Interfaces (Uplinks): 8x 40-Gigabit Ethernet / FCoE QSFP+ Ports
Internal Interfaces: Provides up to 32x 10-Gigabit connections to the blade servers across the chassis backplane.
Compatibility: Requires a Cisco UCS 5108 Chassis and pairs perfectly with blades running VIC 1340 or 1380 adapters.
