In order to return a defective product to Compufox, the following is needed:

-An RMA number: Please email us to request an RMA number.

The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox at his expense.

Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.

All defective products returned to Compufox must be accompanied by aprinted test reportshowing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
