This unit was received as part of a large batch of equipment, most of which had previously been deployed in the field. This particular unit does not appear to have been deployed, and is in new open-box condition. However, because of the history of the batch, it is possible that the router was previously powered on and/or flashed with configuration settings by an IT firm. The unit may retain existing settings that will need to be reset before use. No guarantee is made regarding the current software configuration or NetCloud account status.

The AER1600 is an advanced edge routing platform designed for branch offices, retail locations, temporary networks, kiosks, IoT applications, and other distributed enterprise environments. It combines wired Ethernet, 4G LTE failover, dual-band WiFi, advanced routing, security features, and cloud management capabilities.

The included MC400LP6 modem provides LTE Advanced connectivity with SIM-based automatic carrier selection for broad North American carrier compatibility. Simply insert a compatible SIM and the modem can automatically detect the carrier and establish a connection, subject to carrier compatibility and service requirements.
