Monitor arrived in its original packaging and appeared to be new and unopened. Due to the damage on the box, the item was opened to be inspected and tested. Monitor appeared to be unharmed aside from a very small dent on the top of the frame/bezel, which only shows up in certain lighting. The dent does not appear to affect the screen at all and the screen itself appears mint. A PlayStation 3 console was plugged in to test the screen as shown, and with a separate hdmi cord - not the unopened cords included. The controls/buttons on the back of the monitor were tested and all appear to function properly as well. You will receive the screen itself and included cables, mount/stand, and paperwork shown. It will also ship in its original box shown.
