1 Year Warranty - This item purchased from Revolving Networks store receives a 1 year warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user or service provider (i.e. MSP, ISP, etc.). All units purchased for resale receive a 30 day warranty (excluding service providers).
Condition
Used/Refurbished - This item was pulled from a working environment. It has been tested, reset back to factory default settings and is guaranteed to be in good working condition. Units have some scratches/scuffs from normal use.

Return Policy
If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and senda Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a validreason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25%restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for anycosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issuedin up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items mustbe in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible forany damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.
