CLR Solutions has tested and found this Dell Latitude 3490 to be in working condition with issues. The issues include, but are not limited to, NO RAM AND NO BATTERY. This machine has not been cleaned and has adhesive residue from labels.This machine does not have an operating system installed but does include an embedded Windows 10 Pro product key. There is wear to keyboard and trackpad, wear to LCD from keyboard, and hinge cover is broken on the right. This listing includes ONLY the laptop. The following are NOT included: charger, instruction manual, recovery/installation media, software/drivers, battery, peripherals, or any other accessories. It is being sold as-is for parts.

HANDLING
We have one business day handling time for all non-freight items. However, we guarantee handling times of the same business day only if payment is received before 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Items paid after 8:00 AM EST on Monday through Friday may still go out on the same day, but are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Purchases paid for on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 AM EST are guaranteed to be shipped out on the next business day.
RETURNS
If the item differs from what is stated in the listing in any way, please contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can. We may be able to offer replacements or exchanges in some circumstances. Any items returned to us that are still in good working condition will be considered as being returned because of buyer’s remorse and are subject to receive a refund of the original price minus both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
