These are brand new, reproductions. Each unit is made to be very tight tolerances, so I am manually test fitting and adjusting/sanding internal edges to insure that each 3d printed part fits perfectly.These may require a smack the first time, as I found that testing with 5 different Dell Rugged 5430s, some fit just fine and sometimes they required a light smack to get this to fit the first time in.
I made these specifically because I have several of these laptops that are missing these battery covers and I could not find parts online.
I will be open to modelling some other parts as well, just in case - such as the handle, or maybe the port covers.

This is printed using black PETG, so this should be durable and heat resistant (avoid warping) inside your vehicle during summer.

Returns:- I take returns for defective or damaged items, and I will provide a free return shipping label for a full refund- I do not take returns for items for any other reason, but may make exceptions for circumstances that are out of buyer's control (please contact me)- I do track serial numbers, or place serial stickers on items, and will check these on return of items - so please give me 48 hours to go and process your return
