Fully tested, fully functional, Grade C. Plastic casing has significantmarkings or other obvious imperfections, overall in fair condition. Screen is in fair condition but there are visible imperfections (Scratches and Bruising) when monitor is in use. These imperfections are distracting, We\'ve attempted to take photos of any scratching in the images. No stand. Includes a power cord (not pictured). I can include a VGA or DVI cable upon request.
