The Epson PictureMate Express Digital Personal Photo Lab is an inkjet printer designed for printing color photos. It has USB 1.0/1.1 connectivity and is part of the Epson PictureMate product line.

There are two ink cartridges included. I have no idea if there is ink in them. Also included is the cord to attach to a computer if you wish.
