You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags and accessories or bonus items. All items included in a bundle such as PVC Cards, Ribbons, Software, Cameras, Mini Tripod.

Returns on Software or Ribbons packages are accepted as long as the box where it was shipped is not open. Software or Ribbon that was opened and installed will not be accepted.
