This printer worked very well for artwork for about a month, and then it stopped feeding in paper. The paper would go down halfway and then stop.

I tried cleaning the rollers in the back, and I also used a rubber roller restoration spray, which is why there’s white spots on the plastic inside.

I also took out 2 screws in order to open up the whole printer. It’s the black and silver one in the picture, but I can’t correctly put it back.

There’s still ink filled very high, so it might be necessary to clean the printer head for clogged ink.

This printer turns on and does connect wirelessly without problems, but it just won’t feed in paper correctly.
