Dual-Side Advantages & Usage Guidance

• PEI powder coating side withstands temperatures up to 300°C, compatible with various filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.).
• The imported PEI film side supports temperatures from 120-150°C, ensuring smooth and flat prints.
• Tip: Apply glue on the film side when using PLA-SILK, PETG, or TPU to reduce adhesion and facilitate easy model removal.

Key Usage & Maintenance Tips

• Remove the transparent protective film on the PEI film side before first use.
• Ensure proper printer leveling and maintain an appropriate nozzle-plate gap to prevent scratching.
• Adjust hot bed temperature according to filament supplier guidelines for optimal adhesion.
• Allow natural cooling to room temperature before demolding to protect the PEI film.
• Clean with warm water, soap-based cleaner, or alcohol to restore performance and extend service life.
