Designed to seamlessly integrate modern 3.5" large-capacity 2-hole hard drives (no middle hole) into the older-style cages of the Fractal Node 804 that were designed for 3-hole drives, using the top and middle holes.Fractal eventually started shipping something similar to these with the case, and offered them for sale at some point, but then stopped after a while. So i designed these for use in mine. These were designed and tested specifically for:

• Node 804 HDD cages
• original Fractal Drive screws
• hard drives with 4in/100mm hole spacing, like the 18TB Western Digitals pictured
• retaining the usage of Fractal's rubber vibration-dampening bushings

if you no longer have the original Fractal Drive Screws, you can use #6-32 machine screws that are 3/8" in lengthI can only guarantee fitment in this specific cage. They may work in certain other HDD cages out there, but your mileage may vary.
