The PLA5215 600 Mb/s Powerline Gigabit Pass-Through Ethernet Adapter from ZyXEL improves networking performance of multiple HD media streaming by more than 20% as compared to the 500 Mb/s powerline technologies. You need to plug a pair of PLA5215 adapters into the electrical outlets and connect network devices, to immediately experience HD multimedia streaming, multiplayer gaming, and running other network applications simultaneously in every room.

HomePlug AV2* with Gigabit Ethernet Port

With the HomePlug AV2 technology, the ZyXEL PLA5215 provides speeds of up to 600 Mb/s and backward compatibility for HomePlug AV and IEEE 1901 based products. In addition, it is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet port to provide a stable performance network for simultaneous HD streaming, gaming, and Web surfing. You can extend the Internet access to any room with just a power outlet

SmartLink Plus* Extends Home Network Coverage

SmartLink Plus enables transmission of powerline signals across all three electrical wires (line, neutral, and ground). It extends home connectivity range up to 50% and improves the ability to overcome environmental noises, filtered AC outlet strips, and other noisy equipment to ensure continuous streaming of HD video throughout the house

AC Pass-Through Design with Embedded Noise Filter

The AC pass-through design helps to deploy a home network without compromising the existing power outlets, by minimizing the interference from other home electric devices. The embedded noise filter also enables the ZyXEL PLA5215 to suppress noise from all connected electronic equipment to enhance network quality for multimedia streaming

Data transmission is protected by the 128-bit Advanced Encryption Security (AES) mechanism to provide a secure connection to the Internet

Remote Management Through TR-069*

By adopting the TR-069 standard, the ZyXEL PLA5215 enables service providers to remotely manage and configure the devices without any user intervention. Moreover, it offers a true plug and play experience to reduce deployment complexity, operating costs, and maintenance expenses for service providers
