If the free shipping was part of the purchased item’s offer, the LIFT GATE FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF OUR FREE SHIPPING OFFERS and must be paid separately to the seller as isn’t set up to collect payment for freight accessorials at checkout.
