This item is used, so normal wear and tear should be expected. It was pulled from a working environment and none of the keys appear to stick. There does appear to be a crack in the left hand shift key and there is some staining due to age that just didn't wipe off. Other than those cosmetic flaws, this unit should be all set to plug in and start using (depending on compatibility).
