These are two HP Laptops for parts only, you can access the BIOS on each of them. The black laptop seems to have a faulty hard drive, I ran a diagnostic on that one. The blue Laptop I was able to get it to boot from USB, but I only have a Windows 11 USB and that laptop doesn’t support it. Perhaps it can be repaired with a Windows 10 version.
