Shipping Policy

-We typically ship within 3-5 Business days via FedEx Ground within thecontiguous 48 states. Please message us prior to purchase if you need an order prioritized. This is a new policy that has been enacted since the major supply chain shortages began in 2020.

Warranty

All of our refurbished printers come with a 90 day warranty. All of our parts come with a 30 Day Warranty . This warranty covers parts, and Remote technical support via phone, messages, or email. Shipping is only covered by us in the first 14 days, on the 15th day and forward shipping must be paid by the buyer. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as rollers, charge rollers, transfer rollers, transfers belts/kits, fusers, or drums.
