All material/packaging of the parts will be required to be returned. If you have an issue with a part not resolving an issue there may be something else going on and please let us discuss with you prior to initiating a return. Ex: You buy a roller and the separation pad was not replaced, or maybe something isn't fitting correct, let's talk about it and make sure we get it right!
