This listing is for ONE Key to fit HP server racks. This key fits both doors and side panel locks for standard HP racks, including 10000 series G2 and G3 (and probably more) models. Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase; if you purchase for a model other than the one listed and it doesn't fit, you cannot use return policy. All keys are individually tested on an actual lock taken from an HP rack at least twice during the manufacturing process and additionally just before shipment.

Key blanks are made by ILCO, one of the world's largest manufacturer of lock components, and made in the USA.

This item carries a 30 day non-DOA limited hardware warranty and FREE SHIPPING.

PLEASE NOTE: All locks should be lubricated periodically, and especially if they have been unused for some time (WD-40 is fine) to prevent sticking. Keys should turn easily, if a key does not turn, then there is likely an issue with the lock--not the key. Broken keys will NOT be replaced--if a key has to be forced so hard that it breaks, there is definitely an issue with the lock. ALL KEYS ARE PERSONALLY CHECKED BEFORE MAILING.

Shipping is by UPS, USPS, or freight (common carrier) depending on size and weight.

We normally ship only to a confirmed address (but we can drop-ship if requested).

PAYMENTS:

At the present time we accept only Pay-pal for payments.

RETURNS:

All returns must be in original packaging (this is a UPS requirement).

Returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA #.

Non-defective returns will incur a restocking fee.

Buyers should notify us of defects by email within 5 days of receipt.
