Step 1: Concept sketch and idea developmentStep 2: 3D modeling and prototype creation, refined multiple times until perfectStep 3: Precision 3D printing of the base shapeStep 4: Thorough cleaning with a specialized solutionStep 5: UV curing under professional UV lampsStep 6: Base coat paintingStep 7: Hand-painting multiple color layers, including ultra-fine details as small as 0.1mmStep 8: Resin castingStep 9: High-pressure compression to eliminate air bubbles and achieve crystal-clear transparencyStep 10: Careful trimming of excess materialStep 11: 10–12 stages of detailed sanding and polishing for a mirror-like finishStep 12: Final quality inspection and packaging
