The Hereta ETH-IMC2402-OEO is an industrial 10G OEO (optical-electrical-optical) fiber media converter. It provides two standard open SFP+ slots for FIBER to FIBER connection of 10Gbps equipment, functioning as a fiber media converter or as a fiber repeater for long-distance transmission. It operates in temperatures from -40F to 176F.

The unit includes one RJ45 port. When only the copper and fiber ports are connected, it links FIBER to COPPER 1Gbps Ethernet equipment, functioning as a fiber-to-copper media converter for long-distance transmission up to 120km.

The converter supports OEO 3R functionality (Regeneration, Reshaping, Re-timing) with low latency, is hot-swappable, and has a full status LED display. It supports 1310nm/1550nm/CWDM/DWDM optical wavelengths and DDM function, loop-back, and Jumbo Frame. Fiber data rate switching between 1.25G and 10G is set via DIP button.

The housing is an IP40 aluminum case supporting DIN-rail and wall mounting. It accepts a wide DC12~48V power input, includes a dual redundancy system, and provides 6kV lightning protection. Included components are the industrial 10G fiber media converter, an L-shaped wall mount bracket, and a Quick Start Guide.
