Tested all buttons and it appear to be working quite well. Two of the case screws have broken off so the case comes open as shown in photos 10 and 11. Has a tiny bit of battery corrosion on one of the contacts as shown in photo 10 but still works justs fine. Has a dead backup battery which is a CR2032 and I do not have a live one to replace it with. Looked through all functions and it seems to be working fine. No power cord, memory card or serial cable just the palmtop as shown in the photos nothing else. Unit itself has some scuffs and scratches on most surfaces. Will try to price according with condition.
