Powers on, fan and light engage. That's about all the testing I'm able to do. I don't have a keyboard or mouse old enough to connect to it. I did hook it up to a modern-ish VGA flat screen and it did't receive enough of a signal to come off of standby mode. Case is clean, Insides look clean. No obvious bulging caps or board corrosion.
