IBM LTO Ultrium generation 5 media has been designed to deliver exceptional capacity and reliability at a lower cost than other types of storage medium. Cartridge of high capacity helps reduce the number of cartridges and the amount of equipment, space and labor associated with tape-based storage. In addition, it helps reduce the time associated with backup and restore operations by reducing the amount of cartridge handling, further lowering operational costs.

Warranty

• Used equipment is covered for 30 days from when the item is Received, unless otherwise stated.

• If your equipment fails due to normal use, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you, We will repair or replace your equipment at our discretion. In some situations, we may choose to refund the full purchase price of an item.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Any batteries or bulbs that may be included in your purchase.

Terms of Sale

1. Shipping

   Here at TechKabob, we aspire to have satisfied customer experiences. Before packing and shipping out, we double check the quality of the item which makes the turn around on shipping about two - three business days after the item is sold. We want you to receive the item as quickly as possible and in good working condition!

   Items over $500 in value will be shipped 'signature required.' This policy exists to protect our customers due to the increase risk of fraud in the electronics industry. If you do not want your item shipped 'signature required' you must contact us directly. Any packages that are Returned to Sender will incur a $20 RTS Fee.

2. Sales tax

   Your State's local sales tax rate will be applied to your order where required by law.

3. Returns

   Here at TeckKabob, we believe that returns should be a last resort if over the phone troubleshooting and repair can not solve the issue. Before initiating a return, we ask that you reach out to our Customer Support for assistance. If all options have been explored we will honor the return or send a replacement.
